WE ARE HIRING | EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Event Production Manager who can independently handle complete event production and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage complete event production & execution.

Handle tent, décor, stage, furniture, lighting, flooring & fabrication setup.

Manage manpower, supervisors, workers and contractors.

Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, decorators, electricians and transporters.

Ensure timely completion of event setups as per approved designs and BOQs.

Manage material movement, inventory, loading/unloading and dismantling.

Handle last-minute changes and on-site production issues.

Monitor production costs, wastage and overall project profitability.

Manage multiple events/projects simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements:

5–10 years of relevant experience in Event Production, Wedding Production, Tent & Décor,



Event Fabrication or similar industry.

Strong hands-on experience in site execution and production management.

Valuable knowledge of tents, structures, décor, fabrication, lighting, flooring and stage production.

Strong vendor & manpower management skills.

Ability to understand layouts, designs and BOQs.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Comfortable working long hours during events and travelling for outstation events.

Should be capable of taking complete ownership of event production from setup to dismantling.

Important:

We are not looking for a regular Event Coordinator. We need a hands-on production & execution professional who can independently manage vendors, manpower, materials and complete on-ground event execution.
