Job Summary

This is an prospect for a Event Operations Executive to take up a meaningful commercial role in Noida / Delhi NCR.

The role involves regular interaction with guests, clients, corporate contacts or event stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- enquiries, proposals, bookings, follow-ups, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and making sure the customer experience remains smooth from first conversation through delivery.
- We are looking for someone organised, responsive and comfortable taking ownership when several conversations or activities are moving at the same time.
- There is scope to take on more responsibility as performance develops, particularly for candidates who demonstrate ownership and sound judgement.

Requirements

- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
