- Handle party hall enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and walk-ins.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements and explain packages, food, decoration and add-ons.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct hall visits and follow up with prospective customers.
- Manage the event calendar and booking documentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, service team, decorators, DJs, photographers and other vendors.
- Take complete responsibility for event-day coordination from setup to completion.
- Ensure the hall, food, decoration and other arrangements are ready on time.
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues during events.
- Collect advance and balance payments and maintain proper records.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
- During non-event hours, handle cafe billing/POS, cash, UPI, card payments and customer service.
- Maintain daily reports of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, revenue and payments.

What We Are Looking For:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident personality with a sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and vendors.




- Positive follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer/POS and billing knowledge.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and during events when required.
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, restaurant, sales or customer service is preferred.
