Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled EV Scooty Body Repair & Welding Technician to handle body repair, welding, fitting, and basic repair work on electric scooters. The candidate should have practical knowledge of scooty body components and be able to identify and resolve repair-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform EV scooty body repair and welding work.
Repair and fit scooty body panels, frames, brackets, and other components.
Handle headlight fitting, replacement, and basic repair work.
Perform welding and fabrication work as required.
Identify damaged or faulty parts and carry out necessary repairs.
Assist with dismantling and assembling scooty components.
Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of repaired parts.
Follow workplace safety procedures while handling welding and repair equipment.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Coordinate with the service/production team for repair requirements.
Ensure completed repair work meets the required quality standards.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in two-wheeler/EV repair,
welding, fabrication, or body repair.
Practical knowledge of scooty/two-wheeler components.
Experience in welding, body repair, fitting, and basic electrical component replacement.
Ability to use basic repair and welding tools.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with EV two-wheeler experience will be preferred.
