We are currently looking for a dependable Event Account Manager for a customer and business-facing role in Gurugram.

The role involves regular interaction with guests, clients, corporate contacts or event stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Regular interaction with guests, clients, corporate contacts or event stakeholders.
- Responsibilities may include enquiries, proposals, bookings, follow-ups, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and making sure the customer experience remains smooth from first conversation through delivery.
- We are looking for someone organised, responsive and comfortable taking ownership when several conversations or activities are moving at the same time.
- This is a hands-on position, with visibility into customers, business performance and the practical work required to keep things moving.

Experience

- The expected experience range is 3-7 years; solid candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
