Dyna Energy Solutions LLP is engaged in the electric mobility and energy solutions industry, with a focus on electric vehicles, batteries, chargers, and related technologies. We are expanding our EV operations and are looking for technically skilled and motivated candidates to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for EV Engineers / EV Trainees to support our electric two-wheeler operations at our Vadape, Bhiwandi facility.

The role involves hands-on exposure to EV assembly, battery systems, motors, controllers, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, production, and quality activities. Fresh Diploma and ITI candidates with a strong interest in EV technology are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the assembly and testing of electric two-wheelers.

· Work with EV components such as motors, batteries, controllers, wiring, chargers, and electrical systems.

· Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

· Assist in vehicle testing, inspection, and quality checks.

· Support production and assembly line activities.

· Identify and report technical issues to senior engineers/supervisors.

· Assist with basic maintenance and repair activities.

· Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and 5S practices.

· Maintain proper records of testing, inspection, and production activities.

· Support senior engineers in diagnosing and resolving EV-related technical issues.

· Develop practical knowledge of EV systems, manufacturing processes, and automation.

· Perform other technical and production-related duties as assigned.

Educational Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:





· Diploma in Electrical Engineering

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Diploma in Automobile / Automotive Engineering

· Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication

· Diploma in Mechatronics / Industrial Automation

· ITI – Electrician

· ITI – Fitter

· ITI – Automotive / Motor Vehicle

· ITI – Mechanical

· Other relevant technical qualifications

Experience

· Freshers can apply.

· Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in EV, automotive, electrical, mechanical, production, assembly, service, or maintenance will be preferred.

· Candidates with hands-on experience in electric vehicles, batteries, motors, controllers, or vehicle wiring will have an added advantage.

Required Skills

· Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

· Understanding of EV components such as battery, motor, controller, BMS, charger, and wiring.

· Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with hand tools and workshop/shop-floor practices.

· Good learning attitude and willingness to work in the EV industry.

· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

· Good discipline and adherence to safety standards.
