An ideal candidate, above all, should be a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. Also the candidate should be Enthusiastic, organised and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

- Planning an event from start to finish according to requirements, customer and objectives
- Ready with suggestions and solutions to enhance the event’s success.
- Budget creation and management.
- Source and negotiate with venue, vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate all operations activity related to an event
- Supervise all staff (coordinators, vendors, etc.)
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

Requirements and skills





- Proven experience as event manager
- Skilled in project management
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office, AI tools, etc
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organisational skills
- A knack for problem-solving
- Customer-service orientation
- A team player with leadership skills

*Salary mentioned is fixed and additional incentives is applicable for right candidate Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
