Key Responsibilities

- Review customer enquiries, RFQs, tender documents, technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings related to pump packages and pumping systems.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pump models and configurations based on application, process conditions, and performance requirements.
- Perform pump selection and sizing based on flow, head, fluid properties, NPSH, efficiency, motor rating, and operating conditions.
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial quotations and proposals in accordance with customer specifications and company standards.
- Develop detailed cost estimates covering pumps, motors, base frames, piping, valves, instruments, accessories, fabrication, testing, packing, transportation, and commissioning.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Projects for technical and commercial inputs.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations for bought-out components and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, customer meetings,



and tender clarification meetings.
- Support the Sales team during commercial negotiations by providing technical clarifications and pricing support.
- Review purchase orders and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate internal order handover to Design, Procurement, Production, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Evaluate the commercial impact of scope changes, customer revisions, and variation orders, and prepare revised quotations.
- Monitor estimated versus actual project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare enquiry tracking reports, quotation status reports, order conversion reports, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure all proposals comply with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and company quality procedures.
- Maintain complete documentation of enquiries, quotations, cost sheets, revisions, and project records.
