We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Consultant to join our team and assist in the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of ERPNext systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep technical expertise in ERP systems, and the ability to provide training, troubleshooting, and system optimization. As an ERPNext Consultant, you will work closely with clients to tailor the system to meet their specific business needs, ensuring smooth deployment and usage of ERPNext solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Implementation & Customization: Assist in the implementation of ERPNext systems, including program customization, module configuration, and system upgrades.
2. Client Training: Provide comprehensive training to end users, ensuring they fully understand and can operate ERPNext effectively.
3. System Maintenance: Review, perform, and document system maintenance, including testing, debugging, and software upgrades.
4. Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ERPNext systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery from system failures.
5. Documentation & Process Flows: Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
6. Data Reporting & Analysis: Review and analyze ERP system data, generate custom reports, and improve data reporting processes to meet client needs.
7. User Support: Offer timely user support, addressing their questions and issues related to system functionality, reporting, and workflow management.
8. System Testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), verify configurations,



and ensure the system is functioning as expected post-implementation.
9. Research & Development: Stay updated on ERPNext features and best practices, researching and applying improvements to enhance the system's efficiency and usability.

Technical Skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of ERPNext modules such as Accounting, HR, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Inventory.
2. Experience with Frappe Framework and customization of ERPNext.
3. Proficiency in report generation, data analysis, and query writing.
4. Ability to troubleshoot complex ERP system issues and implement solutions.
5. Understanding of ERP system integration with third-party applications.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience working as an ERP Consultant, preferably with ERPNext.
2. Hands-on experience with ERP system implementations, configurations, and upgrades.
3. Experience working with SQL databases, Python, and JavaScript for ERP customizations and development.
4. Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into ERP system requirements.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
6. Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct training and present solutions to clients.

Preferred Attributes:

1. Experience with ERPNext integrations and third-party apps.
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and on-premise setups for ERP systems.
