Role Description The EPC & BESS Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, focused on driving sales of Solar EPC and Battery Energy Storage System solutions. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and developing tailored proposals for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, technical and commercial presentations, coordinating with engineering and project teams to refine solutions,



and preparing bids and contracts in line with company standards.

The position requires continuous market research, relationship building with key stakeholders, and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales reports, supporting training and knowledge sharing within the sales team, and representing UVIE at industry events and client reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, deal negotiation, and experience with B2B, B2C or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle complex stakeholder interactions.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching capabilities to support internal sales enablement and knowledge sharing on EPC and BESS offerings.
- Relevant experience in renewable energy, solar EPC, battery energy storage systems, or related power and infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or technical certification in energy or power systems is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen, proposal and bid preparation skills, and familiarity with project finance or power purchase structures.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and project
