Role: Senior / Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer / GenAI Specialist to architect and deliver next-generation LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building enterprise-scale AI systems, multi-agent architectures, and cloud-native GenAI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, and deploy LLM, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Lead multi-agent system design and end-to-end AI architecture.
- Build enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms.
- Utilize Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft AI Foundry for model orchestration, deployment, and evaluation.
- Optimize AI models for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud services, APIs, and backend platforms.
- Drive AI development using modern AI SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex.
- Develop and deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical solutioning.
- Ensure adherence to AgentOps, AI Governance, Security, Responsible AI, and Ethical AI practices.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong AI/GenAI expertise.




- Hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Solid expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG Architecture, and Agentic AI/Multi-Agent Systems.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft AI Foundry.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Cloud Platforms, and API Integration.

Preferred Enterprise AI Platforms Experience with one or more of the following:
- Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft AI Foundry
- AWS Bedrock / AgentCore / AgentBricks
- Databricks Mosaic AI
- Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform / Agent Studio
- Snowflake Cortex Agents

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Data-focused Software Engineering.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring teams and leading end-to-end solution delivery.
