About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and student-focused English Teacher to teach and nurture students from Montessori to Grade 5. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to make learning engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English Language, Grammar, Reading, Writing, and Communication Skills from Montessori to Grade 5.
- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons appropriate to different age groups.
- Develop students' vocabulary, pronunciation, reading fluency, handwriting, and creative writing skills.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English.
- Use stories, activities, role plays, games, worksheets, and interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual attention where required.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress when required.
- Participate in school events, activities, training programmes, and academic initiatives.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in English / Education / related field.
- B.Ed / Montessori training / relevant teaching certification will be an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching Montessori to Grade 5 is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Energetic, patient, creative, and approachable personality.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching may also be considered.
