Responsibility Level: Medium

/ RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the design, selection, and application of industrial fans and ventilation solutions based on customer requirements.
- Perform performance calculations, product sizing, and technical evaluations while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards such as ISO, AMCA, and AHRI.
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and R&D; teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful project execution.
- Coordinate and support product customization requests by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical support and application guidance to customers and field sales teams for optimal product selection and solution development.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and project assistance when required.
- Support organizational activities such as exhibitions, technical workshops, seminars, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
- Prepare technical proposals, selection reports, and application-related documentation.
- Assist in resolving customer technical queries and contribute to customer satisfaction through effective engineering support.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

BE/B.Tech in Engineering with specialization in any of the following:

- Electrical and Electronics Engineering




- Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering

EXPERIENCE

4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in technical support, application engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales, preferably in ventilation products and solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong technical background in ventilation products and solutions.
- Hands-on experience with industrial fans.
- Experience with blowers.
- Knowledge of electric motors.
- Knowledge of Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Understanding of air movement and ventilation systems.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering is preferred.
- Good understanding of fan performance curves.
- Knowledge of airflow calculations.
- Understanding of system resistance.
- Knowledge of motor selection.
- Understanding of energy-efficient ventilation solutions.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, technical discussions, and site support activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with engineering selection and calculation tools.
