Role Description

As an Engineer Intern, you’ll work with Whilter’s engineering team to develop, test, and improve software applications. You’ll gain practical experience in building product features, integrating APIs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining software features under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Support API integrations, database operations, and workflow automation.
- Test applications, identify bugs, and help troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.
- Document technical changes, setup instructions, and development processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver assigned tasks on time.

Qualifications





- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and object-oriented concepts.
- Basic familiarity with databases, APIs, and web development.
- Familiarity with Git and version control is a plus.
- Interest in AI, automation, and building software products.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage assigned tasks in a remote environment.
