Role Description The ERP Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The intern will support ERP implementation and maintenance activities, including assisting in requirement gathering, configuration, and testing of ERP modules under the guidance of senior consultants. Daily tasks include analyzing business processes, preparing documentation, updating records in ERP systems, and helping troubleshoot user issues.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to basic financial and operational data analysis,



and provide support for end-user training and customer service activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to SAP and ERP tools, structured learning, and opportunities to participate in ongoing client projects.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand business processes, and support ERP configurations.
- Candidates should possess Planning skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and support project coordination activities.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with clients, and prepare clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance knowledge to understand financial transactions, reporting needs, and ERP-related finance workflows.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service orientation to respond to user queries, support training, and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Familiarity with ERP concepts, SAP or ERPNext tools, and basic SQL or data handling is beneficial.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, learn quickly, and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
