Purpose of the Role

The role focuses on optimizing vendor management and supply chain efficiency, ensuring compliance and mely procurement while coordinating cross-func onal ac vi es and financial process. To ensure that an organization procures the right materials, components, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet production or operational requirements.

Technical Skills Required

- Knowledge Of Mechanical Item - outsource as well as BOP parts i.e. bearing, fasteners, structural steel and Mechanical fabricated, machining parts.
- RM - Understanding various raw materials (RM) such as Stainless Steel (SS), Mild Steel (MS), Aluminium, and their various grades is essential.
- Product And Component Knowledge.
- Basic commercial knowledge pertaining to customer invoicing, GST, etc.
- SAP – B1 Module and Expert in Excel.
- Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and import clearance.
- Knowledge of vendor of vendor base and basic technical specification of items to be procured.
- Reading and understanding mechanical CAD, DXF Drawings 9. Analysing and reading mechanical drawings.
