Purpose of the role:
The incumbent in this role will be responsible for supervision of end-to-end Prototype assembly process of heavy equipment/machine, with a keen eye on meeting safety and quality benchmarks
Technical Skills Required:
1. Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
2. Expertise in Prototype Assembly and Manufacturing Processes.
3. Product Feasibility Analysis (DFM/DFA).
4. Material Tracking, Shortage and Inventory Management.
5. Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fish-bone, 8D).
6. Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
7. SAP (Material Management, Inventory Transactions, BOM, PO Closer).
8. AutoCAD
