Engine Valve Visual Inspector

Qualification: ITI / Diploma candidates can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

- Inspect engine valves individually using a magnifying lens.
- Identify surface defects, cracks, scratches, dents and other abnormalities.
- Carefully examine each valve as per defined quality standards and inspection criteria.
- Segregate suspected or defective components from OK components.
- Report doubtful or defective parts to the Supervisor for confirmation of OK/NG status.
- Ensure proper identification and handling of NG (Not Good) components.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and update reports regularly.
- Record and update inspection results on an hourly basis.
- Achieve the assigned daily inspection target without compromising quality.
- Maintain consistent concentration and focus throughout the inspection process.
- Follow all quality, safety and workplace discipline requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of engine valves to prevent damage during inspection.
- Immediately communicate recurring or critical defects to the Supervisor.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail,



as inspected components are supplied directly to customers.
- Follow company procedures and instructions to ensure zero-defect quality and timely completion of daily targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Relevant trades: Fitter / Mechanical / Automobile / Production or related technical trades.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with concentration in a repetitive inspection process.
