- Manage day to day operation e.g. press operations, control console , reel stand etc.

- Work in all concerned areas of maintenance e.g. Blanket change, Roller setting etc.

- Participation in quality checking viz. ensuring quality maintaining as per standards of individual folders and post Production quality check of remote locations.

- Understanding of the process workflow and an overview of all areas of the machine

- Adhere to all safety practices in his work domain e.g. Ink filling web threading etc.

- Ensure preparation and updating of reports for feedback based improvement process

- Individually handling machine operations with respect to given targets in both day/night shift for different complexities

- Monitoring and instruct juniors in maintenance and operations related activities.





- Responsible for allocation of casual manpower etc. for daily maintenance and operational activities

- Responsible for housekeeping of all production work related areas

- Daily update of records in SAP pertaining to maintenance compliance

- Ensure cost effective usage of consumables

- Timely execution of individual and team activities as and when assigned.

- Maintaining reports as per ISO documentation.

- Responsible for proper documentation and communication intra department.

- Providing support function in quality and laboratory activities.
