? Behaviour & Soft Skills Trainers

- 3+ years’ experience in student employability/soft-skills training
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Comfortable with student batches, LMS tools & digital learning
- Energetic facilitators who enjoy games, activities & experiential learning
- Adaptable and willing to travel/stay in Dehradun when required
- TTT/Soft Skills certification preferred, not mandatory

? Aptitude & Placement Trainers
- 3+ years’ experience in aptitude & placement preparation




- Robust command of Quantitative Aptitude & Logical/Analytical Reasoning
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Comfortable with student batches, LMS tools & digital learning
- Engaging, adaptable and activity-oriented
- Willing to travel/stay in Dehradun when required
