What you'll do

- Design, develop and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++ for 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers and microprocessors
- Build and optimize device drivers for UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB and Ethernet
- Integrate sensors, actuators, displays and connectivity modules Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, Zigbee, LTE/NB-IoT
- Develop IoT applications on Thread, Matter and BLE Mesh, including node provisioning, routing, retransmission, self-healing and load balancing
- Optimize power consumption for sleepy end devices and low-power mesh nodes
- Implement real-time functionality using Free RTOS, Zephyr or baremetal
- Write unit tests and debug using JTAG/SWD, logic analyzers and oscilloscopes
- Optimize code for memory, power and real-time performance




- Troubleshoot field issues and support manufacturing and test teams during production

What we're looking for

- 4-5 years of hands on embedded software development
- Strong C/C++ pointers, memory management, data structures
- Hands-on experience with at least two of STM32, NXP, TI, Microchip, Nordic MCUs
- Working knowledge of RTOS concepts tasks, semaphores, queues, ISR handling
- Experience with I2C, SPI, UART and CAN
- Experience with Thread, Matter or BLE Mesh (any one, with hands-on stack work)
- Ability to read hardware schematics and datasheets

Good to have

- Low-power and battery-operated device design
- Wireless protocols BLE Mesh (Bluetooth SIG Mesh) alongside Thread; Zigbee as a legacy migration path
- Contributions to OpenThread or other connected-home IP open-source projects
- Cloud integration: Matter controllers, home hubs, MQTT bridges
- Bootloader development and OTA update mechanisms
- Python or shell scripting for test automation
- MISRA-C, static analysis, or functional safety exposure
- MQTT, TLS, CoAP
