About the RoleWe are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our RPO/Staffing team and support B2B lead generation through manual email outreach. The ideal candidate should have experience researching companies and decision-makers, finding relevant business email addresses, creating engaging outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate lead databases.

This role is ideal for someone who understands US staffing/recruitment markets and can independently research prospects across IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Engineering, and Accounting industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential staffing/RPO clients using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, and other online sources.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, HR Directors, VPs, CHROs, and Procurement/RPO contacts.
- Find and verify professional business email addresses through manual research and available tools.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect/lead databases.
- Create and send personalized B2B email campaigns manually.
- Develop compelling email subject lines and outreach messages to improve response rates.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain proper follow-up schedules.
- Research companies that are actively hiring or have ongoing recruitment needs.
- Track sent emails, responses, interested prospects, and follow-ups in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/business development team to qualify potential leads.




- Continuously research new industries, companies, and markets to expand the prospect database.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing, Lead Generation, B2B Outreach, Inside Sales, or Recruitment Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of manual email outreach and lead generation.
- Good understanding of US staffing, recruitment, or RPO services is preferred.
- Strong internet research and data-mining skills.
- Experience finding business contact information through Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and other sources.
- Excellent written English and ability to create professional business emails.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with large lead databases while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily outreach/lead-generation targets.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in US Staffing, RPO, Recruitment, IT Staffing, Healthcare Staffing, or B2B Lead Generation will be preferred. What We Offer
