? About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that increase engagement, lead generation, customer retention, and conversions.

? Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.

Create engaging email content, subject lines, CTAs, and promotional campaigns.

Manage email lists, databases, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing.

Set up and monitor email automation, workflows, and drip campaigns.

Track key metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, and Conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Maintain email deliverability and follow email marketing best practices.

Coordinate with Content, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Maintain and optimize CRM/email databases.





Stay updated with the latest Email Marketing, CRM, and Marketing Automation trends.

? Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing / Digital Marketing.

Good understanding of email marketing and automation platforms.

Solid written communication and content creation skills.

Knowledge of CRM, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign analytics.

Basic knowledge of HTML/email templates will be an advantage.

Analytical mindset with an understanding of marketing KPIs.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
