We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation with hands-on experience in B2B cold email outreach and lead generation for the US, UK, and Canada markets. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing targeted email campaigns to generate qualified leads for FlairUP’s SEO, Google Ads, Digital Marketing, and Web Development services.

Work Experience: 1-4 Yrs.

Salary Budget: Max. 25,000/- (Monthly)

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM- 10:00 PM (IST)

Working Days: Monday- Friday (Work From Office)

Location: Vivek Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute B2B cold email campaigns targeting prospects in the US, UK, and Canada.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted email outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Build, segment, clean, and maintain prospect databases.
- Create personalized email campaigns based on industry, company, role, and business requirements.
- Manage automated email sequences and follow-ups.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, replies, conversions, and other campaign metrics.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.




- Maintain email deliverability and follow CAN-SPAM and other applicable email marketing guidelines.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Content, and Design teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B Email Marketing / Cold Email Lead Generation.
- Mandatory: Experience targeting the US market through email campaigns.
- Experience targeting UK/Canada markets will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Robust understanding of email deliverability, list management, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Good knowledge of email automation and follow-up sequences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create personalized, engaging, and conversion-focused email content.
