Role Overview

- As an Email Marketing Intern at K2 Technologies, you will learn and support end-to-end email marketing activities aimed at lead generation and client engagement for international markets. This role is ideal for freshers or beginners who want to build a career in digital marketing and international sales support.

Key Roles Responsibilities

- Create, draft, and send professional email campaigns using provided formats and tools
- Maintain and manage email lists and databases
- Perform basic email research and data entry tasks
- Monitor email delivery, open rates, and responses
- Respond to basic email replies under guidance
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft and improve email content
- Follow email marketing best practices to avoid spam and ensure deliverability
- Maintain daily activity reports and email performance tracking

Skills Requirements

- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage




- Understanding of how to send and manage emails (Gmail/Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools for content drafting
- Familiarity with basic computer shortcuts (copy, paste, search, formatting, etc.)
- Good written communication skills (basic English)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Freshers and candidates with basic digital exposure are welcome
