Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ELV Design Engineer to develop, coordinate, and deliver ELV system designs for large-scale building and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing and reviewing ELV systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, client requirements, and project specifications while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

ELV System Design

- Prepare concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation for ELV systems.
- Design and coordinate the following systems:

- Structured Cabling System (SCS)
- ICT & Data Networks
- CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems

- Access Control Systems

- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Public Address (PA) & Voice Evacuation Systems

- Fire Alarm Interface Systems
- Building Management System (BMS) Interfaces

- Audio Visual (AV) Systems

- Master Clock Systems

- IP Telephony Systems

- Parking Guidance Systems

- Security Management Systems

Engineering & Documentation
- Develop ELV drawings, specifications, calculations, BOQs, schedules, and technical reports.
- Review vendor submissions,



technical datasheets, and shop drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, NFPA, BS, IEC, TIA/EIA, and client standards.
- Conduct design coordination with Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Structural, and ICT teams.

Project Coordination
- Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and client meetings.
- Resolve design clashes through BIM/Revit coordination.
- Support project delivery teams during construction stages.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and BIM modelers.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and project requirements.
- Support value engineering initiatives and optimization of ELV systems.
- Conduct technical risk assessments and design reviews.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in ELV design consultancy or engineering firms.
- Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, transportation, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of international design standards and best practices.
