Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive: EMS & Electronics

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

About the Role

We are looking for a driven B2B Sales professional with a proven background in selling to EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and electronics customers. You will own customer relationships, generate new business, and drive revenue growth in the Chennai region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and acquire current customers in the EMS and electronics manufacturing segment
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Understand customer requirements, share technical and commercial proposals, and negotiate deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, logistics) for smooth order execution
- Follow up on quotations, orders,



deliveries, and payment collections
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline, and CRM updates

Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B / industrial / technical sales
- Prior experience selling to EMS or electronics customers is a must
- Good understanding of the electronics manufacturing ecosystem (PCB assembly, SMT, components, materials, or related products)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable with customer visits, field sales, and follow-ups
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Own vehicle preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
