1. Electrician Flash Butt Welding / Railway Plant

Job Title: Electrician – Flash Butt Welding Machine

Department: Production / Maintenance

Location: As per project/site requirement

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Qualification: ITI Electrician / Electrical Trade

Job Responsibilities:

- Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems of Flash Butt Welding machines.
- Diagnose electrical faults in control panels, motors, relays, contactors, sensors, and wiring.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of welding equipment.
- Check electrical connections, cables, switches, and safety systems regularly.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of welding machines at project sites.
- Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance and breakdowns.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company/site safety standards.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
- Knowledge of control panels and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
- Experience with welding machines will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at railway/project sites.
