Electrical Maintenance Technician / Engineer
We are hiring Electrical Maintenance professionals for a valve manufacturing plant.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines and plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, motors, control panels and electrical circuits.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, sensors, proximity switches, relays, contactors and control systems.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and restore machines safely with minimum downtime.
- Perform motor, starter, panel and electrical component inspections.
- Support installation, commissioning and modification of electrical equipment.
- Maintain electrical systems as per preventive maintenance schedules.
- Identify recurring electrical problems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams during breakdowns.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical / EEE
- Experience in industrial / manufacturing machine maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and control panels.
- PLC knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification may also apply, depending on the requirement.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
