Key Responsibilities

- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs; prepare load calculations and cable sizing

- Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams to resolve clashes

- Supervise electricians, technicians, and subcontractors during installation of power distribution, lighting, earthing, and low-voltage systems

- Prepare material take-offs and technical submittals; inspect deliveries for quality and specification compliance

- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems

- Ensure compliance with safety practices, applicable codes, and statutory approvals

- Track progress, verify quantities and subcontractor bills, and prepare progress reports

- Compile as-built drawings, test certificates, and O&M; documents for handover

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering

- 3-5 years of experience in building or MEP construction

- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP, DIALux, or ETAP is a plus

- Valuable knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Must own a two-wheeler and bring it on the date of joining (with valid driving licence) for site travel
