The company supplies Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery solutions supported by world-class manufacturing and robust warranties. Eco Spark serves authorized dealers, OEMs, and industrial clients across electric mobility, industrial and traction applications, power and telecom infrastructure, solar and residential systems, and commercial battery energy storage up to MW scale.

Team members collaborate with customers to ensure reliable stock availability, informed technical guidance, and sustainable power solutions that support the region’s transition to clean energy.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Electrical Engineer role based in Surat.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, review, and optimize battery-based electrical systems for EV, industrial, solar, and power applications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing electrical schematics and layouts, calculating load and power distribution, supporting installation and commissioning of LiFePO4 battery solutions, and troubleshooting system issues for dealers and industrial clients.



The role also involves collaborating with sales and operations teams on technical proposals, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, maintaining documentation and test reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of product integration and field performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Electricity and Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Design skills for schematics, layouts, and system integration.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Systems and Power Distribution for industrial, solar, and backup applications.
- Relevant experience with battery energy storage systems, inverters, UPS, or EV powertrains is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and manufacturer datasheets, and to perform basic calculations and simulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Familiarity with Indian electrical codes, industrial safety practices, and field commissioning activities is an advantage.
