Job Summary The Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems, equipment, and facilities. The role ensures that all electrical operations are safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and installations.

Inspect electrical equipment and identify faults, defects, and potential safety hazards.

Diagnose and repair electrical breakdowns and equipment failures.

Prepare electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, specifications, and technical reports.

Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Monitor electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, generators, motors, control panels, and related equipment.

Ensure electrical installations comply with safety standards, codes, and company procedures.

Coordinate with contractors, technicians, suppliers, and other engineering teams.

Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

Assist in estimating material, labor, and equipment requirements for electrical projects.

Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools,



instruments, and equipment.

Participate in testing and commissioning of new electrical installations and equipment.

Support emergency response to electrical faults and breakdowns.

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Perform any other engineering duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Relevant professional certification or license, where required.

Previous experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, construction, manufacturing, facilities, or a related industry is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and applicable standards.

Ability to prepare technical reports and maintenance records.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering software.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
