Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred); Master’s degree or certifications (CPSM, CPM) are an advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or electronics setting.
- Proven track record in leading procurement/category management roles.
- Strong supplier management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement tools, and supply chain best practices
