Role Description

This is a full-time, work-from-home position for an Educational Counselor specializing in finance certifications.

The Educational

Counselor will engage with students, providing guidance on certification programs, assisting in career planning, and addressing inquiries related to educational offerings.



The role involves evaluating candidates’ education goals, conducting career counseling sessions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to support Equalifi’s educational initiatives within the financial sector.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide students through certification options and academic planning.
- Career Counseling expertise to help individuals align their educational choices with long-term career goals in the financial sector.
- Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, and written, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Education and academic development to understand and explain various certification and executive education programs.
- Experience in the financial education or services sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required; additional certifications in counseling or education would be beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a skilled, team-oriented environment.
