Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Education Sales Representative role based in Mumbai.
The Education Sales
Representative will identify and engage potential clients in the education sector, present services and solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting meetings and presentations, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and following up on inquiries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand offerings, preparing proposals,
tracking sales activities, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation, particularly within the education or related sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain services clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
- Competence in basic business and administrative tasks, including proposal preparation, documentation, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to grow business in the education domain.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Prior experience in education sales, recruitment, or consulting is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and meeting clients in person as required.
