We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Education Counselor to join our tele-counselling team and help guide prospective learners toward the best educational pathways for their careers.

Role Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, target-driven Education Counselor specializing in tele-counseling. As the first point of contact for our prospective students, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads, understanding their educational and career goals, and recommending the most suitable programs offered by D Succeed Learners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and a genuine passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound tele-counseling calls to prospective students from provided lead databases (warm and cold leads).
- Needs Assessment: Actively listen to students and working professionals to understand their career aspirations, academic background, and upskilling requirements.
- Program Pitching: Provide comprehensive and accurate information about D Succeed Learners' courses, curriculum, fee structures, and certification benefits.
- Objection Handling: Address learner concerns, doubts, and objections confidently and empathetically to facilitate decision-making.




- End-to-End Enrollment: Guide students through the entire admission process, from the initial consultation to document submission and fee payment.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed and organized records of all daily interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment statuses using the company’s CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly enrollment/revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in tele-counseling, inside sales, or tele-sales (experience in the EdTech or Education sector is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language/Hindi].
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Active Listening: High level of empathy and patience to understand and address student pain points.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and remote communication platforms.

Pay: ₹20,122.02 - ₹35,600.91 per month
