Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and engage high-potential candidates for teaching, instructional design, and edtech product roles across India.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role-specific requirements and craft compelling job briefs tailored to the education sector.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles—from outreach and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, and education-specific platforms like Shiksha and EdTech-specific communities.
- Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire)



and optimize sourcing strategies using data-driven insights.
- Represent the company at campus drives, education fairs, and virtual career events to build brand presence among education professionals.
