Role summary

Provide L2/L3 support for Alkegen B2B/EDI interfaces connecting BPCS/LX/PRMS with external customers, suppliers and trading partners. The engineer owns transaction monitoring, mapping/protocol troubleshooting, controlled reprocessing and partner/vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor inbound/outbound EDI transactions, queues and interface batches; investigate failed or delayed messages.
- Analyze X12/EDIFACT mapping, transformation,



partner configuration and file-format issues.
- Troubleshoot AS2, SFTP, FTP and related communication/connectivity failures.
- Perform controlled transaction/message reprocessing and reconciliation according to runbooks.
- Coordinate certificates, endpoints, partner onboarding and external trading-partner/vendor incidents.
- Support mapping/configuration changes, release testing and production cutover activities.
- Maintain interface inventories, partner maps, escalation paths and support documentation; perform RCA on recurring failures.
