About the Role

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day online operations of Nef’s Finds across our website and marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should be extremely comfortable with Shopify, understand marketplace listings and cataloguing, and be confident working with product data, inventory, basic Excel, and WhatsApp marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Nef’s Finds Shopify store end-to-end, including product uploads, collections, pricing, inventory, discounts, website updates, and backend management.
- Manage product listings and cataloguing across marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and other relevant platforms.
- Upload and maintain product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, sizes, imagery, attributes, and inventory.
- Monitor listing approvals, rejections, errors, and catalogue issues and coordinate with marketplace teams for resolution.
- Ensure inventory and product availability are accurately synced across Shopify and marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, merchandising, and content teams for launches, restocks, and product updates.
- Assist with WhatsApp broadcasts and CRM campaigns, including campaign setup, customer segmentation, and basic reporting.
- Maintain e-commerce reports and trackers using basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Track sales, inventory, order status,



bestsellers, and platform performance.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and raise/escalate operational issues when required.
- Support promotions, sales, discount campaigns, and new product launches across online channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve catalogue quality, website merchandising, and overall online conversion.

Requirements
- Shopify knowledge is mandatory.
- Prior understanding of marketplace listing/cataloguing is required.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with WhatsApp broadcasts/CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling SKUs, pricing, sizes, inventory, and product information.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and external platform representatives.
- Prior experience in a fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or e-commerce brand is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Candidates with hands-on Shopify and marketplace experience will be preferred.
