Company Description Toy Blocks | Preschool & Activity Hub is a Reggio-inspired early education center featuring a unique Brainy Bubs program focused on holistic development in the early years. The Preschool offers a nurturing, play-based learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.

The Activity

Hub is a one-stop destination for children from 4 months to 10 years, offering multiple age-appropriate programs and activities. Team members collaborate to create engaging experiences that support each child’s individual learning journey and developmental milestones.

Role Description The Early Childhood Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for planning and facilitating developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing lesson plans aligned with Reggio-inspired principles, preparing and organizing classroom materials, and creating a secure, inclusive, and engaging environment. The educator will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families about their child’s development, and collaborate with colleagues to coordinate preschool and Activity Hub programs.

Additional responsibilities include managing classroom routines,



supporting children’s social and emotional growth, and participating in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance program quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development, including understanding developmental milestones and age-appropriate learning strategies.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills and a passion for designing engaging, play-based learning activities and environments.
- Candidates should possess experience Working With Children in early childhood or primary settings, with a commitment to child safety and well-being.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills for planning lessons, managing classroom routines, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate in a team, adapt to different age groups and program needs, and follow preschool policies and procedures.
- Prior experience in Reggio-inspired or play-based learning environments is an advantage.
