Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support to the MD on Strategic Matters.
2. Recent Real estate initiatives.
3. Business Strategy: Work on business plans, budgeting, and strategic initiatives for multiple group companies.
4. Management Reviews for All Departments
5. Handle the Revenue Generation Teams and provide them with necessary inputs on Business Growths
6. Financial Oversight: Monitor financials, budgets, cost control, and performance of various business units.
7. Dashboard & Reporting: Create executive dashboards and reports for business review and decision-making.
8. Goal Setting & Review: Assist in setting and reviewing goals for Top management.
9. Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with internal leaders and external stakeholders like government, business leaders, and consultants.
