About VibeCrafts

VibeCrafts is a growing e-commerce brand specializing in home décor, furniture, paintings, mirrors, lighting, wall décor and lifestyle products.

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who can independently manage and grow our marketplace business across multiple platforms and take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations, sales, advertising, inventory, catalogue, orders, returns and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Marketplace Management

- Take end-to-end ownership of e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces.
- Independently manage Amazon and Flipkart seller panels.
- Experience with Meesho, Shopify and other marketplaces is required/preferred.
- Manage Amazon.com / Global marketplaces and Etsy wherever applicable.
- Monitor marketplace performance, account health, orders, inventory and operational issues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve marketplace operations and sales.

Product Listing & Catalogue Management

- Manage complete product listing and catalogue operations across marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords and pricing.
- Manage Amazon A+ Content and Brand/Store Pages.
- Ensure catalogue quality and consistency across platforms.
- Identify and resolve listing, catalogue and marketplace-related issues.
- Set standards and best practices for current product listings and catalogue maintenance.

Marketplace Advertising & Sales Growth

- Plan, execute and monitor Amazon/Flipkart marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Manage daily advertising budgets/spends and campaign performance.
- Monitor ROAS, ACOS, sales, conversions and advertising efficiency.
- Identify products and categories with sales-growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns based on product performance and business objectives.
- Work towards improving sales, visibility and marketplace conversions.

Inventory & Order Management

- Take ownership of inventory management across marketplaces.
- Monitor stock availability and prevent stock-outs/overselling.




- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor daily orders, cancellations, RTOs and returns.
- Ensure timely processing and resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain proper coordination between marketplace, warehouse and internal teams.

Returns, Claims & Marketplace Issues

- Manage returns, RTOs, refunds and marketplace claims.
- Track and follow up on pending claims until resolution.
- Identify recurring return/order issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Handle marketplace escalations and operational problems.

Payment Reconciliation

- Monitor marketplace settlements and payments.
- Handle payment/settlement reconciliation.
- Identify discrepancies in payments, deductions, fees and settlements.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and resolution.

Sales Reports & Business Analysis

- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce reports.
- Track marketplace-wise, product-wise and category-wise sales.
- Monitor orders, revenue, returns, cancellations, advertising spend and profitability-related metrics.
- Analyze product performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate MIS and sales dashboards.

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with e-commerce executives, warehouse, dispatch, accounts, customer support and management teams.
- Monitor team activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Establish efficient processes for marketplace operations.
- Take ownership of operational targets and ensure timely execution.

Required Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of hands-on E-Commerce experience, preferably with a brand/company.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart is mandatory.
- Experience with Meesho and Shopify is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces, not only Shopify.
- Strong experience in product listing and catalogue management.




- Hands-on experience with Amazon A+ Content and Brand/Store Pages.
- Experience in marketplace advertising and managing daily ad spend.
- Strong understanding of sales reports, MIS and marketplace performance.
- Experience with inventory management and order processing.
- Experience handling returns, RTOs, refunds and marketplace claims.
- Experience in payment/settlement reconciliation.
- Strong MS Excel skills including:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Filters & Sorting
- Data Management
- DMS
- Basic formulas and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage e-commerce operations with minimum supervision.

Important – Please Read Before Applying Amazon + Flipkart marketplace experience is mandatory.

Candidates with only Shopify experience will NOT be suitable for this role.
