VibeCrafts is a growing e-commerce brand specializing in home décor, furniture, paintings, mirrors, lighting, wall décor and lifestyle products. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive who can independently manage marketplace operations, product listings, inventory, orders, advertising, reports and day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Job ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & Portal Management

- Independently manage Amazon and Flipkart seller panels.
- Experience with Meesho and other marketplaces is preferred.
- Manage Shopify website/store operations.
- Work on Amazon.com / Global marketplaces and Etsy where required.
- Manage day-to-day marketplace activities and ensure smooth portal operations.
- Monitor account health, orders, inventory, listings and marketplace notifications.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

- Create and maintain product listings/catalogues on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Shopify.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, keywords, specifications, images and attributes.
- Handle A+ Content / A+ listings on Amazon.
- Manage and update Product Store / Brand Store pages.
- Ensure product information is accurate and updated across all platforms.
- Follow marketplace guidelines and resolve listing/catalogue-related issues.
- E-Commerce Advertising
- Run and manage marketplace ads, especially Amazon and Flipkart advertising.Orders, Returns & Claims
- Monitor and process daily orders across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team for timely order processing.
- Manage cancellations, returns, RTOs and refunds.




- Handle return-related claims and marketplace claims.
- Track pending claims and follow up until resolution.
- Monitor order-related issues and take corrective action.

Inventory Management

- Monitor daily advertising spend/budget.
- Track sales generated through ads, ACOS/ROAS and campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on product performance and sales.
- Identify products that require advertising support to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor daily inventory/stock levels across marketplaces.

Payment Reconciliation & Shipment

- Handle marketplace payment reconciliation.
- Check marketplace settlements and identify payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment/settlement reconciliation.
- Monitor shipping, shipment status, delivery issues and courier-related concerns.
- Track shipping/payment-related deductions and discrepancies.

Sales Reports & MIS

- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to maintain accurate stock.
- Prevent overselling, stock-outs and inventory mismatches.
- Maintain inventory reports and update stock wherever required.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

MS Excel Skills Candidates must have valuable practical knowledge of MS Excel, including:

- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Filters & Sorting
- Data management




- DMS / data management sheets
- Basic formulas and report preparation
- Analyze marketplace sales, orders, returns, cancellations and product performance.
- Maintain MIS and e-commerce performance reports.
- Track product-wise and marketplace-wise performance.
- Provide accurate reports to management for business decisions.
- Required Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on E-Commerce experience.
- Must have worked with an e-commerce company or brand.
- Mandatory: Practical experience with Amazon and Flipkart seller panels.
- Candidates with only Shopify experience will not be suitable for this role.
- Hands-on experience in product listing and catalogue management.
- Experience managing Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content and Brand/Store Page management.
- Experience in running marketplace ads and managing daily ad spend.
- Experience with order processing, returns, RTO and claims management.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Experience in payment/settlement reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of sales reports and MIS.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good understanding of e-commerce sales and conversion processes.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day marketplace operations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
