Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented E-Commerce Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, order processing, sales analysis, promotions, and overall day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, and other online platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and keywords.
- Monitor product availability, inventory levels, pricing, and product visibility.
- Manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounts, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor marketplace sales, revenue, product performance, and overall business growth.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, discounts, deals, and campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, product listings, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Analyze sales and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and resolve marketplace issues related to listings, orders, payments, inventory,



and account health.
- Ensure all product information and inventory data are accurate and updated.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of products, orders, returns, inventory, and sales.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase online sales and improve product performance.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Robust understanding of product listing, inventory, order management, returns, and marketplace operations.
- Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and marketplaces simultaneously.
- Knowledge of e-commerce analytics and reporting will be an added advantage.

Education Graduate in any discipline.

Candidates with a specialization in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
