- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and product information.
- Handle day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and order status.
- Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
- Manage product catalogues and ensure listings are complete and error-free.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, product, inventory, and customer-related issues.
- Maintain daily reports and records related to orders, inventory, and marketplace activities.
- Ensure timely updates of product information, pricing, and stock.
- Follow company processes and maintain qualified communication with team members
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
