E-commerce Executive – Marketplace Operations & Growth

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and growth execution of our online marketplaces such as Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, Amazon and our own website.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, images, pricing and inventory.
- Monitor product listings, catalog health, visibility, orders, cancellations, returns, ratings and other marketplace metrics.
- Identify listing errors, catalog issues, suppressed products, pricing issues and other marketplace problems and take corrective action.
- Download, maintain and analyse daily/weekly marketplace reports.
- Track sales, orders, conversion, returns, cancellations, inventory and other important performance metrics.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch,



production and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and inventory availability.
- Handle marketplace tickets, claims, disputes and operational issues and follow them through to resolution.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing, products and marketplace trends and report significant findings.
- Ensure that product information, inventory, pricing and offers remain accurate across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the content/creative team for product images, banners and listing requirements.
- Prepare regular performance reports and highlight important problems, opportunities and actions required.
- Maintain proper records and follow standard operating procedures for marketplace operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, listing quality and marketplace performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
