Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site E-commerce Executive role based in Rajkot. The E-commerce Executive will manage day to day operations, online product listings, pricing, and content across marketplaces and company-owned platforms to ensure accurate, attractive, and updated information. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, tracking inventory and order flow, coordinating with warehouse and customer service teams, and optimizing product visibility through promotions and campaigns.

The role involves analyzing e-commerce data, preparing performance reports, and supporting sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.



The E-commerce Executive will also collaborate with marketing and management teams to enhance the overall online shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Account management skills to handle marketplace portals, vendor relationships, and partner coordination.
- Sales and sales management skills to support online revenue growth, promotions, and conversion optimization.
- Team management skills to coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in FMCG or hygiene products is an advantage.
