1.Product Management

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and prices on the e-commerce platform.

Ensure product availability and timely stock updates.

Coordinate with internal teams for recent product launches.

1. Order Processing & Customer Service

Monitor and process online orders, returns, and refunds efficiently. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via email, chat, or phone.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.

1. Marketplace & Vendor Coordination

Manage listings on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra etc. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and optimize performance.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers for inventory and pricing updates.

1. Analytics & Reporting
