Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon India, Amazon UAE, Flipkart, Noon, Trendyol, Carrefour and other assigned online marketplaces, ensuring smooth order processing and achievement of defined order fulfillment SLAs.

Create and maintain product listings and catalogues, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords and attributes, ensuring catalogue accuracy and completeness.

Manage SKU creation, product onboarding, ASIN/SKU mapping, categorization and catalogue updates.

Coordinate with the Marketing/Creative team for product images, A+ content, banners, videos and other marketplace creatives.

Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, content issues and catalogue discrepancies within the required turnaround time.

Monitor and update product pricing, promotional offers, discounts, schemes and marketplace deals in coordination with E-commerce and Category teams.

Process and follow up on customer orders, dispatches, deliveries, cancellations and returns in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock availability across marketplaces, minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory.

Coordinate with Online Warehouse and Accounts teams for stock reconciliation, returns,



refunds and payment-related issues.

Monitor product visibility, listing status, ratings, reviews and marketplace performance, and take corrective action where required.

Track rapid-moving and slow-moving SKUs and provide inputs for pricing, promotions, inventory and assortment decisions.

Follow up on customer returns, cancellations, refunds, claims and marketplace disputes and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor marketplace performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, product visibility and profitability.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports covering sales, orders, inventory, returns, claims, pricing, promotions and SKU performance.

Coordinate with Category, Marketing, Warehouse, Accounts and Marketplace teams for smooth execution of E-commerce operations.

Ensure assigned marketplace sales and SKU performance targets are achieved and monitor improvements in sales and conversion.

Maintain accurate marketplace stock and work towards reducing stock-out incidents.

Ensure timely reporting and closure of listing, return, claim, pricing and other marketplace-related issues.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
