Role Description The E-Commerce Business Management Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This intern will support daily e-commerce operations, including managing product listings, monitoring inventory, and assisting with order processing and fulfillment. The role involves analyzing sales performance and customer behavior, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to drive growth.

The intern will help respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with sales and support teams, and maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. Collaboration with marketing, tech,



and content teams is expected to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and contribute to experimental growth initiatives targeting Gen Z audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Commerce or related studies, with an interest in e-commerce business models and online retail operations.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making with clear insights.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with stakeholders professionally.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Interest or basic experience in Sales, including understanding funnels, conversions, and revenue-focused activities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced, experimental culture.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
